Reconnaissance and intelligence gathering are the foundation of effective decision-making in any operational environment. Our Recon & Intel training series teaches you how to collect, analyze, and act on information to stay ahead of threats and opportunities.
R&I 1 (4 hours)
R&I 1 introduces the fundamentals of observation, information gathering, and basic analysis. You'll learn how to identify patterns, assess environments, and report findings clearly and accurately.
Prerequisites: None
R&I 2 (10 hours)
R&I 2 builds on foundational skills with advanced techniques for surveillance, counter-surveillance, and intelligence analysis. You'll practice gathering information in dynamic environments and making tactical recommendations based on your findings.
Prerequisites: R&I 1
R&I 3 (20 hours)
R&I 3 trains leaders to drive operations through intelligence, not guesswork. This course focuses on directing recon efforts, validating information, and making decisions when data is incomplete and time is limited.
